Start a Return
Before shipping any return, please email us at info@riverhousewimberley.com so we can assist you with the return process. We’re happy to answer questions and can also help generate a return shipping label for you if needed.
Please include your order number and first and last name in your email.
Return Window
Items must be shipped back to River House and postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. River House is not responsible for packages lost or missing during the shipping process.

Store Credit
Approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
Store credit is available for eligible items that are:

Postmarked within 14 days of delivery

Returned in original condition

Unworn and unwashed
-
With all original tags attached

Free of smoke, deodorant, makeup, and perfume
Once your return is processed, your store credit will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If you do not see your store credit in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–10 business days for our warehouse to process your return after it arrives.
Once processed, your store credit will be sent to the email associated with your order.
We do not send notifications when return packages arrive at our warehouse. We recommend keeping your return tracking number so you can confirm delivery.

Exchanges
Due to the limited quantities of our inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return the item for store credit and then place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
Our team carefully checks all items before shipping, but if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us right away.
Damages must be reported:
